POETRY ESPRESSO

Cassie Lewis writes: "Poetry Espresso started a 13-month series of anthologies each with a different editor, who selected a poem for each day of that month. Once per day a poem was posted to the list, often resulting in discussion ... After the first anthology had aired online I proposed that I start hand making limited editions of each month's anthology and mailing them out to contributors."

ARE YOU SEARCHING FOR ME?

Adam Ford: "I play about with rule-generated writing every once in a while, trying to find something within the genre that resonates with me. I'm fascinated by what's on offer. Jeff Noon's Cobralingus, for example, a "machine" for taking two disparate texts and cross-breeding them, then seeding them with further ideas in order to generate prose and poetry, is quite mesmerising."
