Kristina Marie Darling is an English major at Washington University in St. Louis. She is the author of four chapbooks: Fevers and Clocks (March Street Press, 2006), House of Mirrors (March Street Press, 2006), House of Fame (Maverick Duck Press, 2006), and The Traffic in Women (Dancing Girl Press, 2006). Her poems, reviews, and essays have appeared in several print and online periodicals, including The Mid-America Poetry Review, Janus Head, The Arabesques Review, PIF Magazine, The Midwest Book Review, and The Other Voices International Project. She also received a nomination for the Pushcart Prize in 2006.

Erin M. Bertram is a fellow and instructor in the MFA Writing Program at Washington University in St. Louis, where she edits shadowbox press. She is the author of three chapbooks: Alluvium (dancing girl press, 2007), Here, Hunger (NeO Pepper Press, 2007) with Sarah Lilius, and Body Of Water (Thorngate Road, forthcoming) which recently won the 2007 Frank O’Hara Award.

Joshua Clover has published two books of poetry: The Totality for Kids, from UC Press (finalist for PEN USA prize, 2006), and Madonna anno domini, from LSU Press (Walt Whitman Award for Poetry, 1997). He has also published a book on The Matrix for the British Film Institute (2005), and is working on a cultural history, 1989: Bob Dylan Didn’t Have This To Sing About (UC Press, 2009).

Robert Gibbons published three full-length books of prose poems in 2004. Last year he was awarded a John Anson Kittredge Educational Fund grant to travel to & read his work at the Poetry & Politics Conference at the University of Stirling, Scotland. Beyond Time: New & Selected Work, 1977-2007, will be published by Trivium Publications, Amherst, NY in December.

Richard Greenfield is the author of A Carnage in the Lovetrees (University of California Press 2003) and co-editor of Apostrophe Books, a non-profit small press of poetry. A native of Southern California, he now lives in the Appalachian region of Tennessee.

Sarah Manguso is the author of Hard to Admit and Harder to Escape (2007), Siste Viator (2006), and The Captain Lands in Paradise (2002). At present she is a Fellow at the American Academy in Rome.

Simone Muench is the author of Lamblack & Ash (Sarabande Books, 2005), The Air Lost in Breathing (Helicon Nine Editions, 2000), and Orange Girl (Dancing Girl Press, 2007), among others.

Mary Ann Samyn is the author of four collections of poetry - most recently Purr (New Issues, 2005). She teaches in the MFA program at West Virginia University and directs the annual Far Field Retreat for Writers at Oakland University.

Richard Siken’s poetry collection Crush won the 2004 Yale Series of Younger Poets prize, a Lambda Literary Award, the Thom Gunn Award, and was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award. His poems have appeared in The Iowa Review, Conjunctions, Indiana Review and Forklift, Ohio, as well as in the anthologies The Best American Poetry 2000 and Legitimate Dangers. He is a recipient of a Pushcart Prize, two Arizona Commission on the Arts grants, and a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts. He lives in Tucson, Arizona.

G. C. Waldrep is a mystery.

Elizabeth Willis is the author of four books of poetry: Meteoric Flowers (Wesleyan, 2006), Turneresque (Burning Deck, 2003), The Human Abstract (Penguin, 1995) and Second Law (Avenue B, 1993). She teaches at Wesleyan University.
